Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux
Made from an original blend of Merlot and Carménère, this red wine reveals a distinctive and captivating character. With its surprising verticality and rare persistence, it offers a deep and memorable expression, crafted to leave a lasting impression on the palate.
Terroir:
Clay-limestone and clay-gravel soils, bringing structure, freshness, and aromatic complexity to the red grape varieties.
Grape varieties:
Merlot (80 %) – Carménère (10 %) – Malbec (10 %)
Winemaking:
Mechanical harvesting. Full destemming followed by maceration in temperature-controlled tanks for precise, harmonious extraction. Fermentation at controlled temperatures to preserve the fruit and the finesse of the tannins. Aged in tanks to retain the wine’s energy, freshness, and verticality. Bottled at the estate at 12,35% ABV.

An iconic and captivating wine, born from an original blend of Merlot, Carménère, and Malbec. With its distinctive persistence, it stands out for its lasting and memorable character, revealing the full personality of the Les Garelles terroir.

Clay-limestone and clay-gravel soils, giving the vines structure, freshness, and beautiful aromatic depth.

Merlot (80 %) – Carménère (10 %) – Malbec (10 %)
Winemaking:
Hand-harvested. Carefully destemmed, this premium red wine is vinified in temperature-controlled tanks to preserve the purity and finesse of its aromas. A carefully managed maceration reveals the full richness of red and black fruit, along with the subtlety of its elegant tannins. Ageing in tanks ensures balance, structure, and length on the palate, offering a refined and lingering tasting experience. Bottled at the estate at 12,36% ABV.
Château Les Garelles – White
Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux
Born from the harmonious union of Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Gris, this white wine expresses all the freshness and energy of the Les Garelles terroir. A bright and aromatic cuvée, crafted with care to offer a pure, lively, and refreshing expression, marked by notes of white peach and a delicately tangy finish.

Sauvignon blanc (75 %) – Sauvignon gris (25 %)

Pressed away from oxygen, with the utmost respect for the raw material. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks preserves the varietal aromas and the purity of the fruit, while ageing on fine lees brings roundness and volume on the palate. Bottled at the estate at 12,23% ABV.
